Recipe Feeder
1 pd Swiss cheese (the block from the cheese section)
1 bunch spring onions (including the stems)
mayonaise
bananna peppers/jalepenos

Grate the block of cheese over a bowl. DO NOT use already shredded, it doesn't mix well or absorb the flavors as well.
Chop (finely) the green onion and as many banana peppers or jalepenos (or both!) as you prefer. Add enough mayonaise to mix well...probably 3 tablespoons...or more if you like it creamy. I sometimes add a tablespoon or two of banana pepper juice too. Break off 2 or 3 leaves from a raw cabbage head and serve the slaw on top. Best to enjoy with Frito Scoops!
