1 lb. very lean hamburg
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. medium cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper and any other desired spice to taste
Mix all ingredients. Do not cook. Cut crust off of bread, butter it, and place buttered side down in muffin tins. Fill with meat mixture. Makes about 30 pies. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
These pies may be frozen - if freezing, only bake for 1/2 the time.
