Mustard 1/4 cup New Mexican Chili 1 tbs. Oregano 1 tbs. Cumin Seed 4 tbs. Tabasco Sauce 2 tbs. Kosher Salt Mix all ingredients in a non reactive bowl. Use as a marinade or mop.
