5/6 oz. Beer
4 tbs. Achiote Paste
2 tbs. Black Pepper
1 tbs. Granulated Garlic
3 tbs. Pequin Pepper
2 tbs. Mustard
1/4 cup New Mexican Chili
1 tbs. Oregano
1 tbs. Cumin Seed
4 tbs. Tabasco Sauce
2 tbs. Kosher Salt
Mix all ingredients in a non reactive bowl. Use as a marinade or mop.
