1 cup Milk, Evaporated
4 tablespoon Butter
4 tablespoon Flour
4 teaspoon Chicken Broth
¼ teaspoon Garlic, Minced
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoon Parmesan

In a small saucepan over low heat blend flour, butter, milk and chicken broth. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to cook over low heat until the sauce thickens. Stir in parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Serve with cooked fettuccine.
