I made this sauce and cooked 6 ounces of multigrain high fiber omega 3 penne pasta. I added 2 cups of cooked diced chicken, 2 cups of chopped grape tomatoes, and about 4 cups of chopped broccoli. It was really good.

Last night I made a chicken stirfry with about 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, sliced carrots, broccoli, and green onions. I added about about 1/4 cup of bottled sweet and sour mix.
