Apple Crisp [With Sugar Substitute]

1 cooking apple, peel and slice
1 teaspoon orange juice
2 teaspoons granulated sugar replacement
2 tablespoon crushed cornflakes
1 teaspoon margarine

1. Place apple slices in small baking dish. Sprinkle with orange juice, sugar replacement and crushed cornflakes; top with margarine.

2. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Or, with microwave, cook on high for 3-4 minutes. Hold 2 minutes.
