Crunch Topping:

2 Cups of Flour
2/3 Cup margarine or butter
1 1/2 Cups of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 eggs

Apple Layer:

enough apples, peeled and sliced to make pan 1 1/2 to 2 inches deep
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Slice apples in a 9 x 13 inch pan and cover w/ the mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon. Crumb together the crunch topping ingredients (all but the eggs) and then stir in eggs. Mix just till crumbly and it forms into balls or clumps of dough. Put on top of apples and bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
