Cookie Administrator Nov 29, 2011 #1 2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1 500ml. container sour cream 2 cans mushroom soup 1/2 cup melted butter Grated onion, salt & pepper to taste 2 cups grated cheddar cheese Parmesan cheese Thaw potatoes slightly. Mix first 6 ingredients in a 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F. for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. *Will freeze.
