Preheat oven to 350F
Grease an EKCO Baker's Secret cookie sheet
2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1/3 cup flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 cup sweetened condendsed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Makes about 18 macaroons
Toss coconut with flour and salt.
Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; mix well.
Drop batter by quarter-cupfuls 1" apart onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
