Banana Split Cake

Recipe Feeder
Crust
1/4 lb butter or margarine - 1 stick 115 g
2 cups graham cracker crumbs 500 mL
Filling
2 eggs 2
1/2 lb butter or margarine - 2 sticks 225 g
2 cups powdered sugar 500 mL
5 bananas, sliced 5
1 large container of Cool Whip 1
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts 250 to 500 mL
1 small bottle, maraschino cherries 1

Crust

Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs.

Press into a 3-qt/3-L pyrex dish.

Filling

Mix together 2 eggs, 1/2 lb/225 g margarine or butter and powdered sugar.

Spread over crust and cover with bananas.

Spread Cool Whip on top, sprinkle chopped nuts, and cherries cut in halves.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
