1 tsp grated orange rind 5 mL
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar 60 mL
2 egg yolks 2
2 eggs 2
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled 170 g
3 tbsp orange juice 45 mL
1 cup heavy cream 250 mL
Combine orange rind, light brown sugar, egg yolks, and eggs in blender and whirl until light and foamy.
Add chocolate, orange juice, and heavy cream. Continue to whirl until well blended. Pour into small individual serving dishes and chill until set.
Garnish with shave chocolate, whipped cream and an orange slice cut partially through and placed on top to decorate.
