12 slices bread, crusts removed
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound sausage, browned and drained
1 pound bacon, cooked and drained
8 large eggs
1 quart milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
a dash of worcestershire sauce

- Spray an 11X14 pan with non-stick cooking spray

- Lay six slices of bread on the bottom of the pan. Add 1 cup of cheese

- Crumble sausage and bacon on top. Lay remaining bread on top.

- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk and seasonings together. Pour on top of bread mixture in pan. Top with remaining cheese.

- Refrigerate for about a day

- Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about an hour.
