4 Garlic Cloves, Mashed
½ teaspoon Mustard, Dry
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
4 small Tomatoes, Halved
In bowl, combine garlic,mustard, salt and pepper. Add oil, drop by drop, whisking till smooth. Place tomatoes in buttered baking dish and spread with mustard mixture.
Broil tomatoes 3 inches from heat for 1 minute or till tops are bubbly and golden.
