Cashew Ginger Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts, Boneless
3 ounce Wine Vinegar
8 ounce Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 teaspoon Coriander
1 teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
*** CASHEW GINGER SAUCE ***
8 ounce Cashew Butter
2 ounce Ginger, Freshly Grated
4 ounce Honey
5 ounce Lemon Juice
2 ounce Soy Sauce
2 ounce Water
1 pinch Cayenne

Marinate skinless chicken breasts overnight in all other ingredients combined. Grill chicken over medium to high charcoal fire until just firm in the center.

Sauce: heat all ingredients together till warm.
