2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Oil
2 lbs. Diced Potatoes
Salt & Pepper as needed
1 lb. Sliced Onions
2 Cups Catsup
1 1/2 lbs. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 lb. Diced Tomatoes
1/2 head Shredded Lettuce
Sliced Pickles as needed
Servings - 6
Cook beef and drain slightly. Add potatoes and oil, cook until potatoes are 3/4 done.
Add onions and cook until potatoes are tender and onions are browned slightly.
Add catsup and mix together. Remove from heat and top with remaining ingredients.
Serve with garlic bread. For garlic butter, add 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp.
parsley to 1 stick of softened butter.
