cup Oil
2 2/3 cup Onion -- finely chopped
1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
5 tbs. Mustard
3 tsp. Salt
5 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
5 1/4 cup Catsup
1/2 cup Vinegar
3/4 gal.

Sauté the onions in the oil without browning. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 30+ minutes to thicken.
