Recipe Feeder
3-4 chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken
1 can of Rotel(or equivalent)
1 package of cream cheese
2 packs out of a box of Ritz crackers(or equivalent)
1 cup melted butter
Boil chicken till done. Try not to over cook the chicken. While chicken is cooking, mix the cream of chicken, rotel, and cream cheese together(melt cream cheese just alittle before mixing). In seperat bowl, crush the crackers and mix the melted butter in. Preheat oven to 350deg. F. Once Chicken is done, shred it by hand. Mix the Rotel mix into the chicken and top with the crackers. Bake in oven for about 10-12m or untill crackers are toasted.
Serve with corn, retried beans, and fried rice(or what ever you like).
