Chilled Cucumber Parsley Soup

1 cup natural yogurt
2 cups light cream or 1 cup milk and 1 cup heavy cream
2 medium seedless cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1 cup finely chopped chives or green onions
2 teaspoons salt
Servings: 6
Stir yogurt and cream together until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with thin unpeeled cucumber slices and a dash of paprika.
