150 g. butter
125 ml. sugar
3 eggs
175 ml. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
650 ml. flour
Cinnamon Coating:
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Whip sugar and soft butter, whip eggs and sugar and add this mixture to sugar and butter mixture. Add baking powder and cinnamon to flour and add this to the previous mixture.
Roll the dough into about 1/2" thick rod and cut in 4" length. dip pieces in cinnamon and sugar mixture and form them as letter S. Bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes.
