Corn Stuffed Pork Chops

1 medium Onion, Chopped
4 tablespoon Red Pepper, Chopped
2 tablespoon Butter
1 cup Stuffing Mix
Seasoning, To Taste
2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
1 stick Celery, Chopped
1 cup Corn, Drained
¼ teaspoon Seasoning, Poultry
1 pound Pork Chops

Slit pockets in boneless chops. Cook onions and pepper in butter. Mix corn, crumbs stuffing and seasoning in bowl, pour onion mixture over and mix lightly. Stuff chops. Place in shallow pan. Bake 1 hour at 350f.
