1½ pound Pork, Trimmed
10 ounce Fat, pork
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Chives, Snipped
1 pinch Cayenne
1 tablespoon Parsley, Minced
½ teaspoon Marjoram, Crushed
¼ teaspoon Coriander
½ teaspoon Savory
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
Grind meat and fat together finely. Mix all ingredients, along with a few drops of warm water. Form patties and wrap, then freeze.
