Crackling Biscuits (Pogaccice sa Ccvarcima)

5 cups sifted flour
2 tablespoons salt
1 cup milk
2 1/2 cups ground cracklings
2 eggs
Servings: 20
Rub together until fine the flour, crackling and salt. Add beaten eggs and milk. Mix into soft dough. Shape biscuits, criss-cross tops with knife and bake at 450º, then lower to 400º and bake until brown.
