2-1/2 to 3 teaspoons instant coffee (*See note)
2 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cold water
1-1/4 cups 2% milk
10-12 ice cubes (*See note)
Add all the above ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high for 20-30 seconds, or until smooth.
(This beverage was made in a 350 watt blender.)
This makes: 2 servings.
*Note: For a medium tasting coffee, add 2-1/2 teaspoons of the instant coffee.
For a stroner tasting coffee, add 3 teaspoons of the instant coffee.
Also, the ice cubes I added to this drink, were rather small in size.
I added 10 small ice cubes, which 10 of mine will equal about the size of 5 large sized ice cubes.
