Elk's Own Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Blended Whiskey
3/4 oz. Port
Juice of 1/4 Lemon
1 tsp.
Sugar
Powdered
1 Egg White
1 slice Pineapple

Shake all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a
cocktail glass. Add the pineapple slice and serve.
