22 1/2 ounces (weight) liquid or frozen whole egg
OR
12 large California Fresh Eggs
1 medium green bell pepper
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium yellow bell pepper
4 green onions, chopped
Servings: 4
1. Break eggs into mixing bowl and scramble lightly.
2. Cut peppers into 1" long slivers.
3. Sauté onions and peppers in omelet pan.
4. Pour eggs over sautéed onions and peppers and cook until bottom is set.
5. Place under broiler for 1 minute or until eggs are set.
