Shortbread Tart Dough
Raspberry Mousse
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Tart Glaze

1. Make individual tarts with the Shortbread Tart Dough. Bake them blind.

2. Fill the baked shells with raspberry mousse and top with fresh strawberries. Coat with tart glaze.
