2 cn (8oz ea) cresent rolls - 1 c Fresh chopped tomatoes
Pillsbury or best choice 1 c Broccoli florets
8 oz Lite sour cream 1/2 c Chopped green bell peppers
1/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Chopped green onions
1/8 ts Pepper 1 c Chopped mushrooms (optional)
12 servings
Heat oven to 375 deg f. Separate roll dough into 4 long rectangles. Press
into 10 x 15 baking dish sideways, over bottom and 1" up sides. Seal
perforations. Bake for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden. Cool completely.
Blend sour cream salt and pepper. spread over bottom. Top with remaining
ingredients. Cut into 12 pieces.
Per serving: 150 calories, 5.5 g fat - Percent of calories from fat = 32 %
if made with extra lite sour cream.
Note: you may use any vegetables that may be eaten raw.
