Recipe Feeder
1.5 pounds russett potatoes.
6 cloves garlic, peeled.
Salt to taste.
White pepper, freshly ground, to taste.
3 tbls butter

Peel potatoes. Cut them crosswise into 3/4" slices. Put slices in a saucepan with water to cover. Add garlic and salt. Bring to a boil. Cook 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Put potatoes and garlic through a food mill. Return them to the saucepan. Add butter, milk, salt and pepper to potatoes. Beat to blend.
