Easy preparation. Glaze glistens.
6 lbs. fully cooked boneless ham
Apricot Glaze:
1/2 cup apricot jam
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Serves 12
Bake ham in uncovered roaster in 325F oven for about 2 1/2 hours.
Internal temperature should be 130F.
Drain off juice.
Apricot Glaze:
Mix all ingredients in small saucepan.
Heat and stir until hot and mixed well.
Brush over top and sides of ham.
Continue to bake, uncovered, at 350F for about 15 minutes until glaze dries.
