1 oz. Applejack
1 oz. Beer
4 oz. Apple Cider
1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
Several Cloves
Slice of Apples
dash Cinnamon Stick
Pat Butter
dash Nutmeg
1 Lemon
Rinse a heat-proof mug with boiling water, add applejack,
schnapps, cider, and maple syrup that has been heated (but not
boiled) in a saucepan, and stir well. Stud baked apple with cloves
and add to mug with cinnamon stick. Add additional hot apple
cider, top with butter and nutmeg, and garnish with lemon slice.
