1 Egg
1 Tsp. Superfine Sugar
2 Oz.. Cream

Grated
Heat wine in saucepan, but do not boil. Beat egg with sugar in a
bowl using a whisk, blend in cream, and pour into saucepan with
wine, stirring constantly. Serve in a warmed mug and sprinkle with
nutmeg.
