Indonesian Chicken Livers

3 tablespoon Butter
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
½ teaspoon Chili Powder
1 pound Chicken Livers
1 cup Coconut Milk
4 tablespoon Almonds, Ground
1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
½ teaspoon Salt

Melt butter, add onion, garlic and chili powder, and saute 5 mins, stirring frequently. Add livers and saute for five mins, until livers are cooked through, but still pink inside. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
