-Extra Lean Ground Beef
-2-3 Oz Salsa
-1/2-1 Cup Brown Rice
-1 Medium-Large Tomato
-Santa-Fe Seasoning Mix (Mrs. Dash)

(You don't need any oil on this one; you can do the same with chicken breast, simply add about a tablespoon of olive oil)

Mix everything together and fry. It beats plain ground beef and plain rice.
