Remember the old Harry Nilsson song "You put the lime in the coconut...?" You may feel like singing it as you make this frothy, creamy drink.
2 tbsp. half-and-half cream (or milk)
1 tbsp. coconut-flavored rum (such as Malibu), 1/2 oz
1 tbsp. white (light) rum (1/2oz)
1 tbsp. cream of coconut
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 lime twist, for garnish
Serves 1
Measure first 5 ingredients into cocktail shaker.
Add crushed ice.
Replace lid.
Hold firmly and shake vigorously until cold.
Strain through sieve into small glass.
Makes about 2/3 cup.
Garnish with lime twist.
