Ingredients:
1 oz. Appleton Estate rum
1 oz. St. James Royal Amber rum
1 lime
1/2 oz. almond or orgeat syrup
1/2 oz. orange curaçao
mint sprig
pineapple spear
cherry
lime wedge
crushed ice
Tools:

citrus squeezer
In an empty shaker, combine 1/2 oz. almond or orgeat syrup, 1/2 oz. orange curaçao, the juice of 1 lime,1 oz. (light) Appleton rum and 1 oz. (dark) St. James Royal Amber rum. Add a large scoop of crushed ice, shake, and pour the entire mixture into a glass. Garnish with a pineapple spear, cherry, lime wedge, and mint.
