¾ cup Potato, Cut Into 1" or 2.5cm Cubes
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1 pound Tomatoes, Undrained
1 cup Zucchini, Thinly Sliced
8 ounce Beans, Green Finely Chopped
4 ounce Spaghetti, Broken Into Pieces
3 cup Water, Hot
2 teaspoon Beef Bouillon
1 teaspoon Basil, leaves
1 tablespoon Parsley
In 3-qt casserole, combine all ingredients. Cover. Microwave at high 25-35 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once or twice.
