1 oz. Southern Comfort
1 1/2 oz. Applejack
1 oz. Sugar
1/2 Lime
1/2 Lime
1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1 oz. 151 Proof Rum
Mix all but 151 proof and lime shell with ice to make an icy
mixture.
Pour into a sour glass in a heap and put the lime shell on top and
fill it with the 151 proof and ignite.
Watch the volcanic seen.
As it melts, drink with a straw.
