Bright neon green with a slightly cloudy appearance. Looks radioactive! Alcohol taste is masked by citrus flavor, so be warned!
4 cups orange juice
1/2 cup blue-colored, orange-flavored liqueur (such as Blue Curacao), see Note
1/3 cup Vodka
3 cups ginger ale
Ice
Serves 8
Combine orange juice, liqueur and vodka in small punch bowl or large pitcher.
Chill for about 3 hours until cold.
Just before serving, add ginger ale.
Stir gently.
Makes about 8 cups.
Pour over ice in 8 medium glasses.
Note:
If you cannot find Blue Curacao, add several drops of blue food coloring to same amount of clear Curacao until desired shade is reached.
