Recipe Feeder
1 1/2 cups rice
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Prepare rice according to package directions. Combine ground beef,
egg, soft bread crumbs, chopped parsley, dried onion flakes, ginger,
1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce; mix well. Press
into a microwave-safe loaf pan and microwave on high for 12 minutes,
turning once. Meanwhile, combine honey, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and
1 tablespoon soy sauce. Invert the meatloaf onto a microwaveable
serving plate and pour the honey sauce on top. Microwave for 2
minutes. Serve with the cooked rice. Servings: 6
