Recipe Feeder
2 tablespoon Oil
1 cup Scallions, Coarsely Chopped
1 cup Rice, Cooked
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
8 ounce Bamboo Shoots
2 cup Shrimp, Cooked & Chopped
10 ounce Peas, Frozen
2 teaspoon Butter

In large frying pan or wok, heat oil, add scallions and cook over high heat, 30 seconds, stirring until wilted. Add remaining ingredients, except butter, cooking and stirring 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in butter. Use chopped ham or chicken as well as shrimp, if desired.
