Oysters with Smithfield Ham and Fontina

24 large oyster
0.25 pounds smithfield ham - sliced thin
0.5 pounds fontina cheese - sliced thin

1 onion - diced thin
1 bag (10 ounces) spinach - picked and washed
4 ounces cream

=In a large saute pan cook the diced onion in a bit of butter till soft, add the spinach and cook on high heat till almost dry. Add the cream and cook till slightly thick. Let cool.
Shuck the oysters, saving the oyster in the large -side shell. Top with a bit of the spinach mix, then a small slice of Smithfield ham, then a slice of cheese. Bake in a 500F oven till just brown, appr 2 minutes
