8 ounce Prawns
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Sauce, Oyster
½ teaspoon Cornstarch
1 cup Vegetable Oil
In bowl, mix the prawns with salt, sesame oil, egg, oyster sauce and cornstarch. Cut rice paper into 3-inch 8cm square pieces.
Put the prawn mixture on the rice paper pieces and fold into a blanket. Heat the oil to medium heat. Place the wrapped prawns in oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
