4 Tbsp sugar
130 g butter

2 eggs
2 tsp water

=Dissolve 1., beat 3. to mix, sablé 2., then add liquids. Rise 3x slow. Blind bake risen dough in tart pan with wieghts & perforated foil. Bake 10mns 400F, glaze with yolks & milk, bake 5-10mns till light golden brown. Fill with fresh fruit
