3 lb chicken, cut up 1/2 c water
1 c whole wheat flour 8 c sliced peaches
1 c white wine 1 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c butter
6 servings
Roll chicken in flour; place in baking dish. Melt together wine,
butter, and water; pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes. Add peaches and walnuts. Bake another 1/2 hour to finish.
