Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

1 6-inch sub roll (15 cm)
8 ounces beef round, shaved thin
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt and pepper, to taste
2 provolone cheese slices
Servings: 1
1. Split the sub roll in half lengthwise.

2. Sauté the shaved beef in the vegetable oil until done, approximately 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Cut the cheese slices in half and line the bottom of the sub roll with two halves. Place the hot beef on top of the cheese and top with the remaining cheese. Place the top of the roll on the sandwich, cut in half and serve hot.
