Yield: 6 servings

1 lb Ground pork; lean
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dried sage
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Dried thyme
pn Ground ginger
2 tb Water


In a bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape
into six patties. Fry in skillet until meat is browned
and cooked throughout. Yield: 6 servings.
