Sour cream pound cakes have been turning out successfully in my kitchen for years. Lately, have a rubbery bottom. What in the world could I be doing wrong? I use a Kitchen aid mixer, beat sugar and crisco well and then the 6 eggs
well. The flour and soda are sifted. Anyone have an idea? I certainly would appreciate a tip.
