Recipe Feeder
1 lg package Raspberry Jello
1-2/3 cups boiling water
1-1/2 cups applesauce
1 package frozen Raspberries (comes 8 to 12 oz in a package)
1 cup (or more) walnuts

1- 12 oz container sour cream
1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Put Sour Cream in a mixing bowl, stir in marshmallows. Cover and set in fridge. I usually do this the night before. Use electic mixer to whip up before spreading on jello mix.

Pour jello powder into large glass cake pan ( 13x9 or so). Add boiling water and stir until disolved. Place in refrigerator until starting to set (usually about an hour). Add applesauce, raspberries and walnuts. Stir in.
Let set up. If you let the jello set up too long before adding applesauce you can use a mixer to salvage it- won't be quite the same texture but still tasty.

When set spread on sour cream mix.
