1 lb can salmon
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp. butter melted
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs

Flake salmon, mix with crumbs and beaten eggs. Add other ingredients. Shape into a smooth loaf in a buttered baking dish. Bake in moderate oven 1 1/2 hours or until a nice brown.
